For best results we recommend you use these regularly several times per day. Use No Worries whenever worries bring you down and use Uplifting & Joyful whenever you could use a lift of your spirit. The more you use these, the more they will bring your body into balance

Roll generously onto your wrists and temples. Then apply some to the back of your hand and breathe the aroma in deeply.
